Shipping and delivery policy

This policy covers the interview prep kits sold at amanjain.codes/kits by Aman Jain, a sole proprietor based in Panipat, Haryana, India.

Digital delivery only

Every kit is a digital product: files such as spreadsheets or PDFs, and for some kits, web pages. Nothing is shipped to a physical address, and there are no shipping or delivery charges. Kits can be bought and used from anywhere.

When you get access

Access is instant. As soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, the kit is added to your account page at amanjain.codes/account, usually within a minute. I also email you a link to your account page and your GST invoice, at the email address you entered at checkout.

How to sign in and download

  1. Go to your account page, or follow the link in your purchase email.
  2. Enter the email address you bought with. You get an email with a one-time sign-in link; there is no password.
  3. Open the link on the same device. Your kits are listed with their files; download them from there.

Download links expire after a short time for security, so open a new one from your account page whenever you need the files again. When I release a new version of a kit you bought, it appears on your account page at no extra cost.

If your kit or email does not arrive

  • Check the email address. Access is tied to the email you entered at checkout. Sign in with exactly that address.
  • Check your spam or promotions folder for the purchase email and the sign-in link. Emails come from amanjain.codes.
  • Wait a few minutes. Payment confirmations occasionally take longer to reach me. If your kit is not on your account page within an hour of paying, contact me.
  • Contact me: email kits@amanjain.codes or use the contact form, with the email you bought with and, if you have it, the Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_). I reply within two working days and make sure you get access.
